Shipping & Delivery
Free UK jewellery shipping for orders over £10.00. Electronic shipping order is £10 for any quantity purchased. Estimateted delivery will vary depends on the item: Jewellery 3-4 days for UK and a week Worldwide. Electronic 15 days estimated delivery time, Worldwide.
Privacy & Security
I am committed to protecting your privacy when you are using the Website. Whilst the data I collect enables me to offer a better service, I may use the data for other purposes. This privacy policy sets out details of the data I collect, what it is used for and the circumstances under which I may supply it to third parties.By accessing the Website, registering and providing personal information, you accept the terms of this policy and consent to using your information accordingly. If you choose not to register or not to provide personal information, you may still visit the Website but you will not be able to purchase any goods or access the restricted areas available to registered users.
Returns & Replacements
NewBazaar understands that your order may not always be suitable or be as expected so I offer a quibble-free returns policy and you will be refunded for the full value of your item. So if you find that you want to return your purchase just contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order and request your Returns Authorisation Number. You then have 7 days to return your item to me and once returns are received your refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your bank to process your refund. Please send your returns to: Paolo Parodi 88 Orb Street, London, SE17 1RD, UK I recommend that you send your return via a recorded service as NewBazaar cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns. I also recommend that you send it via a shipping service that adequate insures the item you are returning. Only returns accompanied with a Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted. Returns received after the stated timeframe will only be accepted on the discretion of NewBazaar. Any customs or import taxes are non-refundable.
Ordering
Ordering over the internet with NewBazaar is straightforward. Simply browse our products by looking through the product ranges or use the search function on the left. Once you have found the product you're looking for click on "Add to basket" and type in the quantity that you would like to order. The product will then be added to your shopping basket. From there you can either continue shopping and add more products to your basket, or you can click on "Checkout" to proceed with your order. You will then have to log in if you aren't already, or register before continuing with your order. After this you will be presented with a number of forms so that you can provide us with all the information necessary to process your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
NewBazaar accepts payment by all all major credit cards through Paypal and GoogleCheckout.
 
Viewing Orders
Either Paypal or GoogleCheckout gives you the facility to review your order before proceeding with your payment.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”. 

  • To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”. 

  • To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”. 

  • To subscribe or unsubscribe to the NewBazaar newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
